Bring your live cattle, hog, lamb or goat to our New Braunfels processing plant and we’ll custom process the meat for you. We’re the experts. We process more deer than anybody else in Texas in our USDA-inspected facility in New Braunfels.

Individual handling. Some processors batch meat together from multiple deer for processing. Not us! At Granzin’s, you get quality cuts from your own deer or wild game.
